崇渼精密有限公司成立於2016年5月，是前身東泰機器廠為求轉型成為更專業的精密機械零組件製造商轉投資成立而來，主要產品及營業項目為各式機械設備零組件精密製造及加工。

 

迄今已擁有40年以上機械設備零組件加工製造經驗所累積的服務優勢，產出的零件產品品質優良，為許多知名台灣上市櫃企業廠商、及工業技術研究院所肯定，進而成為他們穩定供應的協作廠商。

 

本公司產品零件服務涵蓋各項產業：工具機械暨工具機零組件；航太產業；塑膠、橡膠機械；印刷機械；包裝機械；彎管、切管機械；金屬網機械；食品、化妝品填充機械；模具產業；營建機械；科技產業；齒輪工業及軸心、主軸、工作臺、夾治具設計產業…等

Chong Mei Precision Co. Ltd. was established in May 2016. It was reinvested by its predecessor, Tung Tai Company, with the goal of transforming into a more professional precision machinery component manufacturer. Our main product and service items are precision manufacturing & finishing of various mechanical equipment components.

 

So far, we have the service advantage accumulated by more than 40 years of experience in the processing and manufacturing of mechanical equipment components. Our products are of high quality, and have earned recognitions from many well-known Taiwan listed and OTC companies, as well as the Industrial Technology Research Institute, and then becomes their stable supply of cooperative manufacturers.

本公司是專業研磨加工製程(外徑、內孔、平面、圓盤、立式研磨、搪磨拋光)的企業，另外配合外部車铣搪加工供應廠商，替客戶提供機械零件全製程全面性服務。

廠內擁有高精度先進的加工設備及專業的技術人員，能滿足客戶對精製化與客製化的產品專業加工需求。

Our company is a professional grinding process (outer diameter, inner hole, plane, disc, vertical grinding, grinding and polishing) enterprises, in addition, we also cooperate with external turning, milling and boring processing suppliers to provide customers with comprehensive services for the whole process of machinery components. Our factory has high-precision advanced equipment and professional technicians, which can meet the professional processing needs of customers for refined and customized products.

公司沿革

Company History

  • 1972/09/20　由創辦人黃俊銘先生申請，創立俊成機器廠。
  • 1973/04/23　核准設立，公司名稱：東泰機械廠股份有限公司，資本額：新臺幣520萬元(統編69301430)，臺南市安和路一段一巷67號。
    營業項目為：自動熨板機(生產熱水瓶內膽的機器、或是製造鍋體的機械)、自動模仿裝置車床(現在NC機械的前身)、自行開發機械零件研磨加工。
    專精於機械設備的設計與製造。
  • 1978/05　公司名稱變更為東泰機械廠有限公司，資本額100萬元，台南市安南區府安路四段67號。
  • 1989　變更公司負責人為黃林秋映，由黃耀濱先生與黃林秋映女士經營，新增機械零件內外徑研磨代工，
    主要產品為塑膠射出、押出機械設備零件加工製作。專精於機械設備零件研磨加工。
  • 1992/06　工廠登記證核准，臺南市安南區府安路四段67號。
  • 1998/08/28　公司名稱變更為東泰機器廠，資本額20萬元 (統編73866677) 為獨資企業， 營業項目為：機械設備製造業。
  • 2000　購置立式研磨機、內孔搪磨機，新增產品類別：工具機設備零組件、模具零件、食品、化妝品填充機械零件加工製作。
  • 2005　新增產品類別: 航太產業治具零件、營建機械零件加工製造。
  • 2013/11　獲頒經濟部感謝狀：創業40年以上企業。
  • 2015/03　變更公司負責人為黃信夫。
  • 2016/02　核准申購加入新吉工業區，籌備新廠辦。
  • 2016/05/05　由負責人黃信夫先生申請，另行創立崇渼精密有限公司，資本額600萬元 (統編45892940) 為法人企業。
    營業項目為：機械設備製造業，台南市安南區府安路四段67號。
  • 2019/01　再行增資為1000萬元。
  • 2020/07　崇渼精密有限公司入駐新吉工業區新廠辦，開始營運  台南市安新一路169號。
  • 2020/11　獲頒台南市創新研發績優企業。
  • 2021/01　崇渼精密有限公司開幕式，正式邁向成為更專業精密製造商目標前進 機械設備零組件全製程製造 (OEM)。
  • 2021/09　新增產品類別：科技產業設備零件製作。
  • 2021/11　崇渼精密有限公司通過ISO9001驗證。
  • 2021/12　新增產品類別: 機械設備零件模組化整組製造。

  • 1972/09　Jun Cheng Machine Factory was established by the founder, Huang Jun Ming.
  • 1973/04　Tung Tai Machinery Factory Co. Ltd. was established at No. 67, Lane 1, Section 1, Anhe Road, Tainan City. The business items were: automatic ironing machine (the machine for producing the liner of a thermos, or the machine for making pot), the lathe with an automatic imitation device (the predecessor of NC Machinery now), and added grinding process for self-developed mechanical components. Specialize in the design and manufacture of machinery and equipment.
  • 1978/05　The company name was changed to Tung Tai Machinery Factory Co. Ltd. at No. 67, section 4, Fu`an Road, Annan District, Tainan City.
  • 1989　The president of the company was changed to Huang Lin Qiu Ying, and added business items for grinding mechanical components(OEM), and the main products were plastic mechanical equipment components . Specialize in grinding mechanical equipment components.
  • 1992/06　Duly-Registered Factory at No. 67, Fu`an Road, Annan District, Tainan City.
  • 1998/08　The company name was changed to Tung Tai Machinery Factory, with a capital of 200,000 NTD. as a Sole proprietorships , and the business items were: mechanical equipment manufacturing industry.
  • 2000　The vertical grinder and the inner hole grinder were added, and the new product categories were added: Tool machinery and machine components, mold parts, Food and Cosmetic filling machine components.
  • 2005　The new product categories were added: Aerospace industry fixture components and Construction machinery components.
  • 2013/11　Received a Certificate of Appreciation from the Ministry of Economic Affairs: Enterprises that have been established for more than 40 years.
  • 2015/03　The president of the company was changed to Huang Hsin Fu.
  • 2016/02　Approved the purchase to join the Sin ji Industrial Zone and preparing for the new factory office.
  • 2016/05　Chong Mei Precision Co. Ltd. was established by Mr. Huang Hsin Fu with a capital of 6 million NTD, as a corporate enterprise at No. 67, Section 4, Fu`an Road, Annan District, Tainan City.
  • 2019/01　Chong Mei Precision Co. Ltd. was increased its capital to 10 million NTD.
  • 2020/07　Chong Mei Precision Co. Ltd. was entered the new factory office of Sin ji Industrial Zone at No. 169, An xin 1st Road, Tainan City.
  • 2020/11　Awarded the Tainan Innovative R&D Outstanding Enterprise.
  • 2021/01　Chong Mei Precision Co. Ltd. was opening ceremony, with the goal of becoming a more professional precision machinery equipment components manufacturer and full-process manufacturing (OEM).
  • 2021/09　The new product category was added: Technology industry equipment components.
  • 2021/11　Chong Mei Precision Co. Ltd. was passed ISO9001 certification.
  • 2021/12　The new product category was added: Mechanical equipment components modular manufacturing.
